Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Rachel, founder of Virtual Admin Co. For more than 13 years, I've worked in administration, supporting senior leaders, operational teams, and multi-site organisations. I've always enjoyed bringing order to complexity by improving processes, building practical systems, and creating reporting tools that help businesses make informed decisions. I'm also the kind of person who genuinely enjoys a well-built spreadsheet. I love turning scattered information into something that's organised, reliable, and easy to use because I believe good systems help businesses make better decisions and give people confidence in the information they're working with. Originally from New Zealand, I moved to Australia in 2012 and now call East Gippsland, Victoria home. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the local area, and finding somewhere new to eat. If there's a spearmint thickshake on the menu, there's a good chance I'll order it. I created Virtual Admin Co because I wanted to build a business that reflects the way I believe support should be delivered. One where I can work closely with people, build genuine relationships, and make a meaningful difference to the businesses I support, while creating a career that fits around the life I'm building with my family.
